What happens next
We will acknowledge the complaint, investigate the relevant product or record and explain the outcome without undue delay. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm identity where a request concerns personal information.
Independent complaint route
You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. You do not have to complete StarSpun Labs' process before contacting the ICO.
