Information kept on your device

Most StarSpun games keep progress, settings and scores locally. Use an in-app reset where available, clear the app's storage or delete the app. Apple, Google or device backups may retain an eligible copy under your platform settings.

Information held by StarSpun Labs

Email contact@starspunlabs.com. State the app or game, what you are asking us to do and enough information to locate the relevant record. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary medical information.

Connected products may require an app identifier or another proportionate verification step. The relevant product policy explains what is available.

Purchases and platform records

Apple and Google control their own purchase, download, backup and account records. Requests about those records must be made through the relevant platform account.
